Arrival
time is between 3:00 & 7:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. Checkout
time is 11:00 am.

A
credit card number is required and 50% of the stay will be charged.
If you don't have a credit card, then a money order must be mailed
for the 50% deposit. The balance will be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation
Policy: We require a 7 day notice prior to your planned arrival. Your
deposit will be credited less a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel
less than 7 days, you will be charged for one night stay unless we
can rent the room after the cancellation in which case there will
be only a $20 cancellation fee. “No shows” without a call
or cancellation will be charged the entire stay rate.

Two
night minimum stay required for SUNY Graduation Weekend (May), Harborfest
(July), and Parents Weekend (October).

For
the comfort and safety of all our guests, we are a totally non-smoking
inn.

The
B&B is available to rent for small parties, including showers,
birthdays, business meetings, holiday parties, bridal parties, etc.
Caterers’ menus are available. Please inquire!

Our
pet cats, Molly & Abby, who live in the owners’ quarters,
are too shy to meet you, but wish you a purr-fect stay. Sorry, no
other pets are allowed.

Cash,
travelers checks, and credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express– are accepted.

Open
year round. Busy season from May to October, try to make reservations
as early as possible.

Rates
are subject to change. There will be a $10.00 a night increase for
high demand weekends.
